Are your prices per car or per person?
All our prices are per Vehicle.
How much luggage can I take?
Please refer to Our Fleet page and choose the correct vehicle.
How do I know my booking has been accepted?
You will receive an email confirmation within minutes after completing your booking online. Your request is currently being processed according to your reservation requirements. You will shortly receive a second email to confirm that your booking request has been accepted. Wishing you a safe and pleasant journey.
What if I cannot locate my driver?
The driver will be monitoring the progress of the flight in case of any delays or early landings. He will then call the customers once the flight is landed to give instructions if needed. The driver will meet the customers at the arrivals holding a tablet with the customer’s name on it. If you need extra help please call us on +44 02083814255 we will try to provide you with our excellent services.
What if I wish to cancel and want a refund?
Yes. You can do,as long as you meet our terms and conditions criteria.
Will I be charged extra if my flight is delayed?
No. We monitor all flights and send the drivers according to the actual landing.
What if I miss my flight?
You need to inform us 2 hours before the flight departs.
What does the price include?
All our prices are inclusive of Tax. Airport parking charges are not included in the price .
How early do I need to book?
We advice you to always book in advance.
